High-Flow 250 Micron Nylon Mesh

Designed specifically for heavy-bodied materials, the 250 micron mesh opening allows thick primers, high-build surfacers, and sprayable polyesters to flow through rapidly without backing up or overflowing the cone. The precision-woven nylon mesh catches rust bits, unmixed filler clumps, and dry paint flakes to ensure smooth fluid delivery through larger spray gun nozzles (1.7mm–2.5mm).

Reinforced Heavy-Weight Paper Cone

Thick primers and heavy sealers can saturate standard paper strainers, causing them to sag or tear at the tip. MGD-2125 strainers feature extra-thick, solvent-resistant paper board walls that retain structural rigidity when filled to capacity with heavy fluids. The nylon filter element is thermal-bonded securely to eliminate blowout risks during fast pours.
